BALBOA COVES

Located in the private community of Balboa Coves, Newport Beach, Vulkan Designs provided a complete interior and exterior update to a classic beach front home. All interior walls were removed to create an open living concept  at the main living and dining level, seamlessly expanding to the bay front deck with a new 14 foot multi-slide door. The second story was completely re-designed to add an additional bedroom, laundry room, and expanded master suite. The exterior received new siding, new roofing and a complete window and door replacement package.
