This Belmont Shores, Long Beach, California home is a great example of modern day Spanish Colonial Revival Architecture and is a true reverence to early California Architecture. A challenge on a 30x80ft lot, this home consists a 2-Story 2,500 square feet main residence and separate 450 square foot guest unit. A quaint outdoor lounge area and transitional breezeway in the manner of a California Mission, extend the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and family rooms into the exterior courtyard.
