In collaboration with RDM General Contractors, Vulkan Architects was commissioned to bring a new identity to an existing modern home in the high exclusive community of Irvine Terrace, Corona Del Mar. Many of the upgrades include demolishing interior walls, relocating the kitchen, capturing additional bayfront square footage, exterior face lift, a new lower terrace view deck and outdoor lounge, and a complete revamp of the exterior site and landscape.
