This project entails the comprehensive renovation of both the interior and exterior of a two-story Mid Century Modern residence situated in Naples Island, California. In addition to the renovation, a new en-suite guest quarters were constructed above the existing garage, augmenting the livable space of the home.

The interior living areas underwent a reconfiguration to foster a seamless open floor plan, promoting fluidity and connectivity within the living spaces. Through careful design considerations and meticulous execution, the project aimed to modernize and enhance the functionality of the home while preserving its distinctive Mid Century Modern architectural character.
